Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 A $5.00 restocking fee will be charged per order canceled.

RETURNS

Returns or exchanges are not supported if customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

However, we can offer a replacement order, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Our policy lasts 7 days. You are required to notify us if your wish to return your item by contacting us at support@oceansdose.com and we will provide you with a returns reference number and further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
  3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Oceans Dose. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Returns must be sent to our headquarters address, or direct to our manufacturer.

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)

  • you receive the wrong item

  • The item is significantly different from that described

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
